Registration Options
Pre-recorded Virtual Registration
The pre-recorded virtual conference registration includes access to the pre-recorded presentations now until November 22, 2024. This collection of presentations and slides includes oral presentations, most panels, posters, and were recorded in advance of the live conference. We will also make available slides from keynote presentations when possible. The pre-recorded virtual conference does not offer CME/CNE Credit.

Full Conference
Full registration fees for members, non-members, and students cover all events except for designated affiliate events and selected special events. Please note the AMIA Conference Policies prior to registering.
Important: As noted during the submission process, all accepted presenters are required to register for the conference. If you are presenting at the Clinical Informatics Conference please choose "Speaker Registration" to ensure that you receive important presenter communications.

Member rates apply to anyone who has a full AMIA membership for 2024.
Speaker
Important: As noted during the submission process, all accepted presenters are required to register for the conference.
If you are presenting at the AMIA 2024 Clinical Informatics Conference, please be sure to choose "Speaker Registration" to ensure that you receive important presenter communications.
Speaker rates apply to primary authors of all AMIA 2024 Clinical Informatics Conference accepted oral presentations, ignite-style talks, systems demonstrations, posters. These rates also apply to all panel and workshop presenters. Speaker rates do not apply to secondary authors. The speaker rate will not apply to the daily registration rate.
Student
Student rates are for full-time students. They do not apply to part-time students. All students MUST present proof of student status including both a photocopy of a current, valid student ID plus a letter from the university/college registrar’s office verifying current full-time enrollment in a degree or post-doctoral program at the time of the AMIA 2024 Clinical Informatics Conference
Payment
Online registration is for credit card payments only. If you would like to pay by check, purchase order, or wire transfer (please include additional $25 for the wire transfer bank fees), mail the registration form to the AMIA office.

Updating Your Registration
If you would like to edit your existing registration, you may do so at any time through the Attendee Service Center.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by AMIA in writing (send request to the AMIA Meetings Department).
- By April 4, 2024: Full refund minus $75 processing fee.
- April 5 through April 25, 2024: 50% refund.
- After April, 2024: No refunds will be issued.
Non-Transfer of Paid Registration Policy
AMIA has a Non-Transfer Policy in which paid registrations are non-transferable to another person or to another AMIA meeting.
Special Accommodations
Accommodations can be made for a variety of needs (breastfeeding, dietary, visual, hearing, mobility). Please contact the AMIA Meetings Team as early as possible to discuss your needs.
Conference Policies
AMIA requires all attendees and staff to adhere to certain policies regarding anti-harassment, public health and safety, and specific policies regarding terms of registration.
